About Us

Greg Pond Service Group

For 45 years the Greg Pond Service Group family has been providing a full range of piano services to homes, churches, schools, studios and performance venues.

The hallmark of our business is straightforward: EXPERT, PERSONABLE SERVICE

We constantly strive to merit, establish and sustain solid relationships with piano owners and nurture musicians everywhere. THIS IS OUR MISSION

We offer 3 essential services:

1. ACCURATE TUNING: Your piano will receive a concert quality tuning and we will help you maintain a reasonable schedule to keep it sounding better longer.

2. PIANO PRESERVATION: Beyond tuning there are important elements of piano care we address to ensure peak performance and maximize its service life. Cleaning, climate control, action and tone regulating (voicing) all contribute to preserving the years of playing pleasure you deserve from your instrument.

You value your piano...preserving that value is at the core of our service visits.

3. BUYER/SELLER CONSULTATION: If you have tried shopping for a piano on your own, you know that the options vary widely. We are very happy to consult with you, and examine pianos if necessary, so you are making the best choice. Also, if you are looking to sell your piano, we have resources to help you find a good home for it.

We assure you expert service, which all pianos need, to bring ongoing musical enjoyment and long-term investment value from your piano.

Thank you for your interest. Call us any time, and we look forward to answering your questions.

Sincerely,

Kevin Briski and Greg Pond

Meet Greg

Home alone at age 11, Greg courageously dared to open the family Kimball console to see what was inside. The fascination continues to today; only now in hopes of finding rare coins or other valuables dropped inside; no such luck so far. Side note: the piano was safely reassembled before his mother got home.

Meet Kevin

He treats his mother’s piano with MUCH more caution than Greg!
